Over 65% of the nation’s raspberries are picked here in Whatcom county. Our Raspberry Brandy capitalizes on that bountiful harvest. Nearly a pound of Pacific Northwest red raspberries picked at the peak of ripeness infuses each bottle of this brandy with their surprising aroma, vivid color, and intense raspberry flavor. The nose of this spirit is intensely fruity, fresh, clean and the flavor is complex and rounded with a slight sweetness from both the brandy base spirit and the whole fruit.
